Classes (for Drop Ins and Memberships)
Beginners Pole
For folks who want to work on the fundamentals of pole dance and fitness. You will learn transitions, spins, sits and lots of fun conditioning exercises to get you pole strong!
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are!
Beginners Aerial Hoop
For folks who want to work on the fundamentals of aerial hoop and fitness. You will learn mounts and dismounts onto the hoop and various poses within and under the hoop. Expect lots of fun conditioning exercises and moves to get you flying.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are!
Improvers Aerial Hoop
For folks who are confident with at least one Mount onto the hoop feel confident climbing into the hoop from under the bottom bar and basic seats. for people who are looking to progress into combos learning more Dynamics skills and more poses in the hoop plus conditioning exercises.
Pre-requisites: confident with at least one Mount onto the hoop (Delilah, pike, straddle), comfortable climbing into the hoop from a Mount and comfortable in seats and basic poses for example single leg cradle and man in the moon.
Improvers Pole
For folks who are confident with their spins, seats, and climbs and are looking to progress up towards combos, learning inversions, and up-the-pole poses and transitions.
Pre-requisites: Confident in spins (back hook, front hook), sits, and climbs.
Seats & Spins
Got the poler bug and want to learn all the cute shapes and spins? In this class, you will learn a variety of different tricks and combos from our fundamental spins and seats and build strength in climbing.
Pre-requisites: you must have completed at least 2 beginner pole classes and feel confident in step arounds (dip turns) and pirouettes. This is a beginner/ improver level class.
Improvers/ Intermediate Pole
For folks who are confident with their spins, seats, and climbs and are looking to progress up towards combos, learning inverrted moves, and up-the-pole poses and transitions.
Pre-requisites: Confident in spins (back hook, front hook), fan kicks, sits, and climbs.
Intermediate+ Pole
For folks who are comfortable with inversions and being upside down. You will learn up the pole combos, poses from an invert, and lots of hardcore conditioning exercises to level up your pole strength!
Pre-requisites: Confident Invert (descending from side climb or from the floor).
Mixed Ability Pole
For all folks! We will work on core moves within the pole dance and fitness syllabus and work to your level.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are! There will be something for everyone!
Mixed Ability Spin Pole Flow
In this class we will cover a spin pole flow using beautiful spins on the floor and up the pole, working on controlling your momentum to create captivating spin pole combos.
Pre-requisites: Comfortable with basic spins and learning to climb.
Pole Conditioning & Mobility
Are you looking to up your pole game with a class designed to get you pole strong? Pole conditioning is a great way to work towards your goals! This class features on and off the pole workouts tailored to the variety of grips and movements needed in pole.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are! All levels are catered for.
Stretch, Mobility & Active Flex
For folks who are looking to improve on their active flexibility and mobility for those flexi pole goals. Every week we will work on a different element of flexibility and mobility: front splits, straddles, backs, and shoulders. Learning active mobility and flexibility exercises to also prehab you for common pole injuries.
Pre-requisites: None. Suitable for beginners and up.
Sensual Slink
For folks who want to work on the sensual and slinky dance side of pole. With Niina you will work on sequences using the pole and the floor, melting into gooey transitions and embracing your femme energy.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are!
Hardcore Heels
For folks who want to work on the dance side of pole to some banging metal tunes! In this class, we work on a choreographed piece to a nu metal classic, we will go over a piece of pole and floor choreography using some of Chlo's favourite transitions and heel-banging goodness.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are!
Pole Heels Tricks & Combos
The class for the pole heels fans who want to learn the following cool things! Drops, Clacks and Bangs, Low Flow Tricks and Transitions and Floaty Spin Flows. This class will be structured with multiple combos for you to really sink your teeth into technique and flare without having to worry about learning a choreography.
Pre-requisites: Confident in spins (back hook, front hook), fan kicks & sits. Some experience in heels will be preferred but not essential.
Dance in the Dark
Dance in the Dark is for folks who want to connect with their body through the power of pole dance and dance out the stresses of the week in the safety of the Coven.
We start the class with a long slow dance-based warm-up using elements of floorwork to get you super warm but also finding movements that feel oh so right for you. We will then learn a few short sequences, techniques and prompts to get you moving on the pole. The last section of the class will be dedicated to your dance time, optional freestyles and performance time, getting content and photos of you looking hot in your new heels. The choice is yours!
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are! This is a great class for confidence boosting!
Liquid Smoke Sessions
Liquid Smoke Sessions are a slightly shorter version of our popular class Dance in the Dark. For folks who want to connect with their body through the power of pole dance and dance out the stresses of the week in the safety of the Coven and get some killer content.
Pre-requisites: We would suggest completing some beginner classes before attending this class as this class is more self guided.
COURSES
First Timers Course (4 week course for newbies)
A 4-week programme for newbies, this course will take you from being a complete novice to feeling confident in your core fundamentals ready to take on the pole world. Designed to ensure you progress safely and effectively week on week while working on your strengths and weaknesses.
Although you'll all be learning as a group covering the same course, this course consists of variations and progressions as we know not all one size fits all!
This course is perfect for those who thrive off structure with your 1 hour class being the same time and day every week for 4 weeks.

Intro to Heels Pole Course (4 week course for newbies to heels)
A 4-week programme for newbies to sky high heels! This course will take you from being a complete novice to feeling sassy and confident in your core fundamentals of pole heels ready to take on the sexy pole world. Designed to ensure you progress safely and effectively week on week while working on your strengths and weaknesses.
Although you'll all be learning as a group covering the same course, this course consists of variations and progressions as we know not all one size fits all!
This course is perfect for those who thrive off structure with your 1 hour class being the same time and day every week for 4 weeks.
What you'll get out of this course:
Week 1: Stripper History (origins of pole as we know it today), shoe anatomy, safely standing up and getting to the floor in heels, walking and fundamental transitions
Week 2: Floorwork fundamentals and heel technique
Week 3: Fun but simple wants to get to the floor and back up the pole again
Week 4: A Routine using all the elements you have learned over the course to your choice of music.
Pole specific shoes/ boots are required for this course. We recommend the brands Hella Heels and Pleaser. You can pick up good quality second-hand boots from Vinted. We have a small selection for you to borrow. Knee pads will also be required, again, we have a selection to borrow.
No previous experience is needed with this course, though one or two pole classes would be beneficial! Come as you are!
